4.9 Worried

1983-1984

Dear diary, I'm kind of concerned about the fact I'm actually am pregnant. I'm only 15 going on 16 years old 

As you know I spend a lot of time with Wyatt my betrothed in the last two three months  It was a rush of actives as we got to know each other better. Espically due to Wyatt's years away at a "boarding school". .  

The last actitvity we did together was took some friends for a camping trip.  IT was great.  Wyatt and I got a bit too curious about woohoo so we ended up woohoing in bed together.  

Recently I been having some kind of weird sickness.   Because I'm already am throwing up a lot. I wonder if it's a somatch bug going around.  But a voice in my head tells me to do a pregnancy test.  So I found one in my parents' room and I took it and waited.  Found out I was pregnant.   I went and started sobbing in the room I share with my sister.  She heard me and came and asked what the problem was. I took her back to the bathroom and showed her.  She was surprised and concerned as I am.

Next day:

I was spending the day with other friends as was Cora.  Once we got back home Elliot sat us both down and told us.. that he knew one of us was pregnant due to the fact he had to get our other brother away from the pregnancy test I left in the main bathroom.   I told him that it was mine and the kid was Wyatt's.  We had a long conversation about it.  In the end Elliot told me, that I needed to tell Mom and Dad and soon. 

The three of us made supper for the rest of the family.  At the supper time we were talking about a bunch of different stuff.  At the end of supper I said "Mom and Dad, I have something to tell you in private"   The parents and I got up and went into grandma's old art studio.  I told them I was pregnant  Dad's face was basically blank,  but Mom was crossed and even asked why we didn't use ..you know.   She did ask if Wyatt knew yet.  I told them no he didn't.

I then called Wyatt.  I guess he goes to bed early since he was very groggery when he answered the phone "'ello, who is this?"    I replied "it's me Elizabeth,  I need to come over and tell you something."   Wyatt asked  "Why can't you tell me whatever it is over the phone?"   I replied "It's really personal for let's say THREE of us."  Wyatt said "Come over.. I will get dressed see you soon". 

I went over to Wood's house and  he was finally awake.  He realized after we hang up that when I said " three of us"  it meant we were pregnant.  At first he didn't believe me until I showed him the test.  We're so young to be parents.  But we decided that we'll keep it.  We haven't told Wyatt's parents yet since we don't know how they'll react.   I them proposed to him-we decided to get married at the end of next school year.
